Like the name suggests, a roll of foam. Foam rollers have risen in popularity greatly of the past number of years as the medical industry continues to grow. These rollers are very versatile and they are a great tool for you to have at home.

So what do they actually do?

To be honest, researchers aren’t sure. There is a theory that suggests rollers can ‘release’ your muscle tissue but this is unlikely. In saying that there is a number of positive effects which have been proven in studies.
