Supervised small-group rehabilitation — maximum four people, led by a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist, on a program written for you.
Clinical classes are rehabilitation done in a group, not a group workout with a clinician watching. Every participant follows an individually prescribed program, and we cap each session at four people so you get the attention that makes that possible.
People recovering from injury or surgery, managing a long-term condition, or coming back to exercise after a long time away — including anyone who would find a normal gym intimidating or unsafe.
Clinical classes are individually prescribed and supervised by an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist or ESSA-accredited exercise physiologist, so they are generally claimable on private health extras — provided your policy covers that clinician’s profession. The full rules, and what you would pay, are on the pricing page; we can also quote your rebate through HICAPS before you commit.
Regain strength and mobility with guidance at every session.
A safe, staged return to movement after an operation.
Arthritis, osteoporosis, persistent back pain and more.
Low-impact, supervised, and a genuinely safe place to start.
Building strength before and after pregnancy.
For when the fear of re-injury is the thing holding you back.
Nobody walks into a clinical class cold — the program has to exist first.
A full-body assessment with a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist, goal setting, and an exercise plan written around your injury or condition.
You learn your own program and get your technique checked privately before joining a group. You can keep training one-on-one for as long as you want to.
We run 45+ clinical classes a week, morning, afternoon and evening — see the class timetable.
After 10–15 sessions your clinician reassesses you and updates the program at no charge, so the work keeps matching where you actually are.
