You must have a claim number to claim under insurance. Please contact your insurance provider to receive a claim number.

You are welcome to pay privately while you wait for your claim number (these sessions are typically reimbursed).

To claim under Medicare, you will need an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) referral from your GP. To be eligible, you must have had an injury for over 6 months. Speak to your GP about this if you have questions.

Unfortunately we do not bulk bill.
