Kristin is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist. She completed her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Queensland after completing an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science. Kristin is passionate about movement and nutritious food as the best medicine for maximizing health, preventing disease, treating injury and empowering people to live their strongest, healthiest and happiest life.
Kristin enjoys working in the field of women’s health, including pregnancy and pre and post partum health and menopause and its associated conditions (Osteoporosis, pelvic floor training, knee and hip rehabilitation). She values the importance of exercise in mental health and in treating chronic pain and how education around the benefits of exercise should not be underestimated. Kristin is also an APPI trained Clinical Pilates instructor and values using a combination of strength based work and clinical pilates to assist in delivering the most appropriate exercise for each person she sees. Kristin enjoys using clinical pilates in many settings, including postural re-training and also training strength and mobility in dancers.
Kristin comes from a dance background and teaches jazz and contemporary to kids in her spare time while also still dancing herself. Kristin has combined this passion with her knowledge of human physiology to teach dancing for mobility in older populations. Kristin loves how dance facilitates confidence through movement and sees it as ‘Exercise in Disguise.’

Dana is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and completed her studies at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She has a passion for assisting all individuals to regain and maintain their independence through health and wellness. She appreciates a wholistic approach and has always strived to assist others to achieve their full potential.
Dana focuses on utilising exercise as medicine and specialises in:

Dana has had varied experience across private practices and hospital-based settings where she has come to appreciate the importance on educating and facilitating individuals’ health and fitness journey. Ash graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences prior to pursuing her career in Physiotherapy, where she completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Griffith University soon after.
While continuously advocating for active lifestyles, Ash understands the importance of high-quality injury management and rehabilitation towards achieving optimal participation in life. Hence, Ash’s passion lies within treating a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, as well as injury prevention and assisting with sporting populations.
Ash is also passionate about providing patient-centred care to all, allowing individuals to access care in a friendly and supportive environment. Ash prides herself on lifelong learning by always staying up to date with current research, ensuring her clients are provided with the best available evidence-based care. Shelly is a US trained physiotherapist and has practiced for 30 years. She went back to school and obtained her diploma in Pilates from the APMA over two years ago and has been enjoying teaching Pilates ever since. Shelly thought with her background in physio that Pilates would be a good adjunct and use of her skills in a new way with a variety of clients from people with injuries such as back pain to bone density issues, to people that want to obtain overall better fitness through Pilates.
Shelly has worked in many areas of physiotherapy throughout her career and has extensive knowledge in a large array of areas from children recovering from injury to SIJ instability to people recovering from surgery. Shelly enjoys sharing her knowledge with all that she works with, she believes that knowledge is the power to heal and improve most all conditions. She enjoys finding solutions to challenges that her clients face to help them accomplish their goals from decreasing pain to being able to compete in an event.

Ness completed a Bachelor of Human Nutrition in 2018, however an old injury lead her down a new path and she recently graduated from Polestar Pilates with a Mat Pilates Certificate. Pilates helped Ness through her injury and she is now furthering her Pilates study by completing a Diploma of Pilates through Polestar Pilates in the hope to help others fall in love with Pilates and all of its benefits.
