NDIS Physiotherapy in West End, Brisbane

Physiotherapy, exercise physiology and remedial massage for NDIS participants — in the clinic, in a small group, or at home.

Forge West End provides NDIS-aligned allied health in West End, supporting participants to improve mobility, independence, physical capacity and quality of life. We work with participants, carers and support coordinators so that what we deliver lines up with the goals actually written in the plan.

What we can deliver

  • NDIS physiotherapy — manual therapy, exercise, or both
  • NDIS exercise physiology — individual exercise prescription
  • NDIS remedial massage
  • Individualised assessment and goal setting
  • Home program design and functional support strategies
  • One-on-one sessions and small group therapy (4:1)

In the clinic or at home

In some circumstances our clinicians can come to you — see home visits, where travel is included in the fee. Otherwise the clinic on Montague Road is a short trip from South Brisbane, Highgate Hill and Woolloongabba.

Before you book

What participants and coordinators ask us

Do you take plan-managed and self-managed participants?

Yes to both. Call us on 07 3844 0686 or email info@forgewestend.com.au and we will talk through how billing works for your plan type.

What happens at the first appointment?

We go through your history, current limitations and the goals in your plan, then run assessments so we understand where you are starting from. You leave with a plan, not just an appointment.

Can I train in a group instead of one-on-one?

Yes — we run small group sessions at 4:1, which some participants prefer because you exercise and see other people at the same time. Speak to your clinician about joining. See also clinical classes.

Can you come to my home?

In some circumstances, yes. Home visits include travel in the fee and suit participants for whom getting to a clinic is the barrier.
