Welcome to Forge West End
Forge West End is an integrated health and fitness hub delivering Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Clinical Pilates and Performance Training by a professional and highly skilled team of practitioners.
Our practitioners implement leading clinical research and develop a deep understanding of your unique circumstances and goals to guide you throughout your fitness and wellbeing journey: whether you are on the journey for improving fitness, recovering from injury and pain or elevating your sports and physical performance to the next level.
Physiotherapy uses advanced techniques and evidence based practice to assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders. Physiotherapists are highly trained professionals who work in partnership with their patients to help them improve and maintain their physical health. Physiotherapy techniques aim to assist in the repair of tissue damage and speed up recovery, as well as reducing pain and increasing mobility through exercise, manual therapy, advice and education.
Whether you are suffering from an injury, chronic condition or are just looking to improve your strength, performance and fitness, we are here to help. Our Strength and Conditioning services include: Home Exercise Program Design, Gym Program Design, One on One Session training and Group Fitness Sessions.
At Forge, our team of Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists use the Clinical Pilates method from the world leading Pilates institute, The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. Prior to attending any classes, all clients complete a full body assessment conducted by a Physiotherapist. This quality one-on-one assessment time ensures you get the most out of your Pilates experience.
At Forge we offer a variety of Reformer classes including Beginner through to Advanced classes, Stretch Reformer, Pregnancy Reformer, Mums and Bubs and Cardio Reformer tying in key elements of cardio and strength training. At Forge we use the industry leading Allegro 2 Reformers from Balanced Body. All Pilates sessions and classes are taken by a Physiotherapist or an Exercise Physiologist and this Initial Assessment allows our therapists to learn and get to know each and every client that walks through our doors
