Forge will remain OPEN but will suspend our performance/general population classes. This decision was made in light of guidance from the Government and our ongoing commitment to providing a valuable health service to the community. We will continue to maintain all of our strict hygiene & social distancing measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our community and our staff.

Physiotherapy uses advanced techniques and evidence based practice to assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders. Physiotherapists are highly trained professionals who work in partnership with their patients to help them improve and maintain their physical health. Physiotherapy techniques aim to assist in the repair of tissue damage and speed up recovery, as well as reducing pain and increasing mobility through exercise, manual therapy, advice and education.
Whether you are suffering from an injury, chronic condition or are just looking to improve your strength, performance and fitness, we are here to help. Our Strength and Conditioning services include: Home Exercise Program Design, Gym Program Design, One on One Session training and Group Fitness Sessions.
Studio Pilates is how Pilates was traditionally taught, prior to group reformer classes becoming incredibly popular. In a Studio Pilates class, you’ll workout on all the Pilates studio equipment (yes, there’s more than just the reformer in a Pilates studio!) and have an individualised exercise program.
At Forge, our Studio Pilates class is a fusion of traditional Pilates with the additional element of clinical rehabilitative knowledge delivered by our highly trained Pilates instructors. Starting with a 1:1 appointment then moving to small groups of 4:1, you’ll quickly improve your fitness and wellbeing. Prior to attending Studio Pilates, an initial assessment is compulsory.
Forge runs upward of 28 Reformer Pilates classes a week, which include multiple class styles that are suitable for all levels. In no time, you’ll develop a favorite class and healthy workout routine! The Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformer is what you will be working out on, you’ll fall in love with our beautiful studio and industry leading equipment. We don’t have any prerequisite requirements for our reformer classes as our small class setting (max 6 people) enables us to give our new clients the attention and support required.
