At Forge, our Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure we provide the best care and service to all our clients. To maintain fairness and optimize availability for everyone, we kindly ask for adequate notice when cancelling appointments.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations.

We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations.

If you cancel outside the required notice period or do not attend your scheduled session:

» The full fee will be charged.

» For class packs, the session will be deducted from your pack.
