Parking, referrals, rebates, classes and cancellations — the questions we are asked most, answered before you have to ring.
Yes. We have five car spaces at the front of the clinic on Montague Road. If they are taken you are welcome to park in front of another car — leave your keys with reception and we will move it for you if it is needed.
No. You can book any of our practitioners directly — physiotherapy, exercise physiology or remedial massage — without seeing a GP first.
A referral is only needed when someone else is paying: a Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plan, WorkCover, DVA or an insurance claim. Bring the relevant form to your first appointment.
It depends on the practitioner and the length of the session. Every current fee — consultations, home visits, hydrotherapy, classes and technology add-ons — is published on the pricing page, so you do not have to ring and ask.
No, we do not bulk bill. You pay the full fee on the day by EFTPOS, and where a Medicare plan applies the rebate is returned directly to your bank account. See Medicare (GPCCMP) for how the plan works and what your GP needs to provide.
It depends on your level of cover and which class it is. Clinical classes are individually prescribed and clinician-supervised, so they are generally claimable if your policy covers that clinician’s profession.
Pilates-based classes are not claimable anywhere in Australia following the 2019 private health reform. Ask us for a HICAPS quote before you start — we can show you the rebate and the gap before you commit.
No. We are closed on Sundays and those days do not count towards your trial.
Monday to Thursday 6:00–19:00, Friday 6:00–17:00, Saturday 7:00–11:00. Closed Sunday.
24 hours for one-on-one appointments, 12 hours for clinical and performance classes, and 48 hours for NDIS-funded sessions. Full details are in our cancellation policy.
We use an online booking system called Pogozo. It shows live appointment availability and the full class timetable, and lets you book with the clinician you already see.
The app is free on the App Store and Google Play, or you can book online or call 07 3844 0686.

Can’t get to the clinic? We also offer physiotherapy home visits across the same area, with travel included in the fee.
