Long-standing musculoskeletal problems that have been managed rather than resolved — backs, knees, shoulders and hips — plus post-surgical rehabilitation and the strength and balance work that keeps people independent. Where movement is limited by pain that has not responded to anything else, we have Shockwave, TECAR and Neubie therapy on site.

Our clinical classes are individually prescribed and supervised by a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist, with a maximum of four people, which is what makes them appropriate under DVA rather than general gym membership. Ask us and we will confirm what your referral covers before you start.
We also do home visits, with travel included in the fee — which for a veteran recovering from a hip or knee replacement is often the difference between a program that happens and one that does not.
