Reformer, Studio and Clinical Pilates in classes of no more than six — where rehabilitation and performance meet.
Pilates is a low-impact method for building strength, flexibility and posture through controlled movement, core work and breathing. At Forge West End we run three kinds — Reformer, Clinical and Studio — and the difference between them is not difficulty, it is purpose.
Qualified Pilates instructors, and for the clinical work physiotherapists and exercise physiologists. That mix is the point: the same studio can take you from rehabilitation after an injury through to training for performance without handing you between businesses.
Low impact does not mean low effect — it means your joints are not paying for it.
Loads muscle effectively without excessive joint strain.
Better movement patterns and healthier joints.
Corrects imbalances and takes strain off the spine.
Low-impact movement that supports recovery.
Mindful movement that reduces tension and stress.
Safe strengthening through pregnancy and recovery.
Improves balance and lowers injury risk.
Six people to an instructor, so nobody gets lost in the room.
Before you commit to a pack or a membership somewhere else, train with us for ten consecutive days. Reformer Pilates, Studio Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Stretch & Trigger and Fit Over 50 — all included, in a studio where the biggest class is six people.
Clinical Classes are not part of the trial — they run 4:1 with a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist and need an assessment first.
Unit 4, 249 Montague Road — a short run from South Brisbane, Highgate Hill, Dutton Park, Woolloongabba and South Bank, and from the CBD across the river.
Can’t get to the clinic? We also offer physiotherapy home visits across the same area, with travel included in the fee.
Book your assessment at Forge West End and start a plan built around your goals — not a generic exercise sheet.
