How To Get Started?

Clinical Classes

At Forge West End, our Clinical Classes are designed for injury recovery, rehabilitation, and improving functional strength. Each class is limited to a maximum of 4 participants to ensure personalised attention and safe progression.

Led by our experienced Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, these small-group sessions are tailored to your specific goals with an individualised program based on your condition and needs.

Initial Consultation

Before joining a Clinical Class, you’ll need to attend an Initial Consultation (60 minutes) so we can assess your condition, set goals, and design your personalised program.

Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from injury, or aiming to prevent future issues, our Clinical Classes in Brisbane’s West End offer expert-led support in a welcoming, professional environment.

Performance Classes

Our Performance Classes are designed to build strength, enhance mobility, and improve overall fitness. They are led by experienced Pilates Instructors, Clinicians, and Strength & Conditioning Coaches.

Initial Consultation

An Initial Consultation is recommended (but not required) before joining.

Benefits of Clinical Classes

At Forge, we use an online booking system called Pogozo which lets you view our class timetable and appointment availability.

You can book into a class and book with your favourite physiotherapist.
