With expert guidance from Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, each session focuses on an individualized exercise program tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Led by experienced Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, our Clinical Classes are limited to just four participants per session, ensuring you receive personalized attention and professional guidance. Whether your goal is to rebuild strength, improve mobility, or exercise with confidence under expert supervision, these classes provide the support you need.
Our Clinical Classes are claimable on private health insurance, making them an accessible option for those seeking evidence-based, rehabilitative exercise in a structured setting.

If you’re new to Clinical Classes, we recommend booking a 45- or 60-minute initial consultation with our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists. This session includes:
Before joining a group, you’ll complete at least one private session to learn your personalized program and ensure safe technique. You can continue one-on-one training for as long as needed.
We run 45+ Clinical Classes per week, making it easy to fit sessions into your schedule. Classes are available morning, afternoon, and evening to suit your lifestyle.
After 10-15 sessions, you’ll receive a FREE Reprogram Assessment to update your program and track your progress.
