What is Strength and Conditioning?
Forge’s Strength & Conditioning classes are very popular and deliver results. We provide two styles of classes – ‘Weights’ and ‘Cardio’ – that offer a variety of programs and exercises to get you sweaty, strong and fit. Our West End gym has industry leading equipment that gives a workout environment second to none.
Our Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists carefully plan each class, and as a result deliver a well balanced, full body workout while teaching you about your body and movement. Group classes are limited to a max of 6 people because we want to ensure you receive the support and attention you need. We strongly believe that when working with weights, technique and form are vital so you can workout safely and efficiently.
All of our classes are taken by highly educated Exercise Physiologists. The classes do not require an initial consult, but those new to exercise, injured or have a history of injury we’d recommend taking an initial consult prior to joining our classes.
These classes are not claimable under Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology but may be under your extras (e.g. lifestyle or gym memberships).
