Unwind and rejuvenate in our Stretch & Trigger Class, designed to improve flexibility, release muscle tension, and enhance posture. The jump-board is a padded attachment that replaces the reformer’s foot-bar, offering a low-impact yet dynamic way to boost your heart rate and build strength. Experience Studio Pilates the way it was meant to be—using a variety of high-quality Pilates equipment for a full-body workout tailored to your needs. Our small group classes (max 4 people) ensure personalized guidance from expert instructors, blending traditional Pilates principles with clinical expertise for the best results.
For the best experience, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to complete your initial client form. While an initial screening for Pilates is recommended, it is optional.
During your first class visit, we will help you get familiar with the Pilates equipment, including reformer machines, mats, and specialized apparatus, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident.
Please note that other clients may be training in the studio during that session time.
