Fernanda graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapist and is specialized in Orthopedy and Traumatology in Brazil alongside Clinical Pilates and got her full registration in Physiotherapy in Australia.
She ran her own business overseas for many years and moved to Australia with her family where she completed her Master of Administration/Leadership.
With over 14 years of experience in treating musculoskeletal and neurological disorders, Fernanda is very client focused and passionate about movement, prevention and rehabilitation.
Fernanda also got certificate as Remedial Massage Therapist in Australia which helped her in the last 8 years to develop a special and dedicated career with hands on treatments using a multitude of manual therapy and soft tissue techniques learnt from experience but not limited to this.

Ashleigh is a dedicated physiotherapist who brings a strong foundation in both movement science and clinical rehabilitation. Before completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Griffith University, she graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, giving her a well-rounded understanding of human performance, exercise physiology, and holistic health.
With seven years of experience at Forge West End, Ashleigh has built a strong reputation for providing supportive, evidence-based care that helps people return confidently to the activities they love. She is passionate about active lifestyles and takes pride in empowering clients through clear education, tailored exercise programs, and effective hands-on treatment.
Ashleigh continues to expand her clinical expertise in managing complex conditions and sporting injuries by integrating the Pro Sport Academy treatment methodology into her practice. This advanced training enables her to apply elite-level rehabilitation strategies, helping clients recover more efficiently, move better, and achieve their highest performance potential.

Kristin is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist. She completed her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Queensland after completing an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science. Kristin is passionate about movement and nutritious food as the best medicine for maximizing health, preventing disease, treating injury and empowering people to live their strongest, healthiest and happiest life.
Kristin enjoys working in the field of women’s health, including pregnancy and pre and post partum health and menopause and its associated conditions (Osteoporosis, pelvic floor training, knee and hip rehabilitation). She values the importance of exercise in mental health and in treating chronic pain and how education around the benefits of exercise should not be underestimated. Kristin is also an APPI trained Clinical Pilates instructor and values using a combination of strength based work and clinical pilates to assist in delivering the most appropriate exercise for each person she sees. Kristin enjoys using clinical pilates in many settings, including postural re-training and also training strength and mobility in dancers.
Kristin comes from a dance background and teaches jazz and contemporary to kids in her spare time while also still dancing herself. Kristin has combined this passion with her knowledge of human physiology to teach dancing for mobility in older populations. Kristin loves how dance facilitates confidence through movement and sees it as ‘Exercise in Disguise.’

Dana has had varied experience across private practices and hospital-based settings where she has come to appreciate the importance on educating and facilitating individuals’ health and fitness journey. She understands how making time for self-care is of upmost importance and takes the time to develop a plan that sets you up to succeed.
On the weekends you’ll find Dana working as a sports trainer at various sporting events, exploring the great outdoors, or taking her dogs on adventures.

Emma is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed her studies at the University of Queensland. She enjoys working with a diverse range of clients and takes an evidence-based, intentional approach to exercise and rehabilitation.
With a background as a national-level gymnast and athlete, Emma has a strong appreciation for technique, purposeful training and long-term physical development. She brings this foundation into her clinical practice, helping clients move with confidence and build strength in a safe, structured way.
Emma focuses on meaningful movement and client education, ensuring every person understands their body and feels supported throughout their journey. She is passionate about guiding clients to develop sustainable routines, improve foundational movement skills and turn goals that once felt out of reach into realistic, measurable progress.
As both an Exercise Physiologist and qualified Reformer Pilates instructor, Emma integrates Pilates principles into her sessions to enhance strength, stability and movement awareness.
Outside the clinic, Emma leads an active lifestyle. She enjoys getting her daily 10k steps, training at the gym and exploring new coffee spots with her Golden Retriever.

Originally from New Zealand, Britney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Canterbury. Her academic background, combined with a passion for movement and recovery, led her to pursue a career in Remedial Massage Therapy.
With a strong understanding of human biomechanics, Britney tailors each treatment to the unique needs of her clients. Her approach is professional, results-driven, and grounded in a genuine commitment to helping people move better and feel their best.
Britney has extensive experience working with a wide range of clients, including semi-professional and professional athletes such as runners, weightlifters, dancers, league players, and hockey athletes. She particularly enjoys the challenge of understanding how sport-specific demands affect the body and applying that insight to her treatments.
Having also worked in a physiotherapy clinic, Britney values the versatility of her role and takes pride in adapting her skills to suit people from all walks of life. Whether you’re managing an injury, recovering from training, or simply seeking relaxation, Britney is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care.
With a personal background in dance and a lifelong love of sport, Britney understands firsthand the importance of regular body maintenance. She continues to dance and prioritizes her own wellbeing through massage and Pilates.

Paige is a passionate pilates instructor and has been teaching clients across Australia for over 6 years. She has a strong focus on the subtle technique adjustments that enhance a clients ability to isolate, elongate and contract particular muscles to improve overall flexibility and strength.
Paige enjoys playing netball and running long distances, though pilates is her favourite form of exercise because it’s fun, it leads to a healthy and lean physique, and it can be easily modified to suit a variety of injuries, fitness levels and abilities.
Paige is encouraging and welcoming of all clients no matter their pilates experience and will work with them to achieve their individual fitness goals.
Pilates Instructor
With over 12 years of Pilates experience across Dubai and Australia, Veathika brings a wealth of movement knowledge and creativity to every class. She is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, known for her warm, engaging teaching style and attention to form. Veathika’s background as a trained dancer and tennis coach adds a dynamic edge to her sessions, helping clients build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Outside the studio, she enjoys pottery and connecting with new people, bringing the same joy and mindfulness to her classes.
