Services are adapted to each participant’s abilities, preferences and support needs.

One on one Physiotherapy sessions can include manual therapy, exercise, or a combination of both. It provides you with an opportunity for individualised and attentive care. Together with your clinician you will devise a treatment plan that works best for you.

One on one Exercise Physiology sessions provide you with personal exercise guidance. We will give you the attention you deserve so that your progress is fast-tracked.
If you prefer group training we offer small group sessions too. This gives you the opportunity to socialise with other community members and exercise at the same time. Speak to your clinician f you would like to join these classes.

In this appointment we will discuss your history, limitations and goals. We will also perform tests to better understand your situation.
Forge West End accepts self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
We work closely with participants, support coordinators and plan managers to ensure services align with your NDIS plan and goals. Our team can assist with bookings, invoicing and general funding questions.
NDIA-managed (agency-managed) funding is not currently accepted.
Ensure your plan includes Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living, which commonly funds physiotherapy and exercise physiology.
