NDIS Services at Forge
If you want to improve your mobility, health and quality of life, we are here to help. We have a fully equipped gym and clinical pilates studio to give you a large selection of treatment and exercise options.
NDIS services offered at Forge include:
- Massage therapy
- Home program design
- One on one exercise sessions
- Small group therapy sessions
In some circumstances our clinicians also have the ability to come to your home to deliver services.
INITIAL NDIS APPOINTMENT
In this appointment we will discuss your history, limitations and goals. We will also perform tests to better understand your situation.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING (4:1)
If you prefer group training we offer small group sessions too. This gives you the opportunity to socialise with other community members and exercise at the same time. Speak to your clinician f you would like to join these classes.
1:1 EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY SESSIONS
One on one Exercise Physiology sessions provide you with personal exercise guidance. We will give you the attention you deserve so that your progress is fast-tracked.
1:1 PHYSIOTHERAPY SESSIONS
One on one Physiotherapy sessions can include manual therapy, exercise, or a combination of both. It provides you with an opportunity for individualised and attentive care. Together with your clinician you will devise a treatment plan that works best for you.
NEW TO NDIS AT FORGE?
WHAT TO EXPECT?
New clients are required to fill out an initial NDIS information form prior to your first appointment. This will be emailed to you as part of our ‘NDIS at Forge’ package once a booking is made.
WHAT TO WEAR
Please wear soft and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and easily. During your appointment you will be required to complete a range of movements, so it is important you dress appropriately.
