Initial Women's Health Physiotherapy Appointment

At Forge we recommend a 45 or 60 minute initial for your first Women’s Health Physiotherapy consultation. This allows our Physiotherapists to conduct a thorough subjective and objective assessment as well as allowing plenty of time for treatment and home exercise prescription. All consultations are in our private room, upstairs in the clinic.

Clinical 4:1 Pilates and Exercise Therapy

Upon the completion of your initial assessment, your Physiotherapist will design an individualized, goal specific Exercise program. You will be able to complete this program in these small group training sessions, where one Physiotherapist will be present to observe and assist you in your session. Forge keeps these groups small, only 4 people to each therapist allowing more one on one time between clients.

Pregnancy Pilates

Our Clinical 4:1 classes are perfect for all stages of pregnancy. Our Women’s Health Physiotherapists have extensive experience with ante natal Pilates and regularly use this modality as a form of treatment. Your Physiotherapist will design a Pilates program specific to your needs, regardless of the stage of pregnancy or fitness level. An initial assessment with a Women’s Health Physiotherapist is required prior to starting Pilates with Forge.

Mums and Bub's Pilates

Our Mums and Bubs class is the perfect form of exercise to help your body recover after pregnancy and child birth. This class is on our reformers and allows for you to bring your new bub along to the class. That’s right, you can still get a workout in without worrying about a babysitter. Run by one of our Physiotherapists, you’re in incredibly safe hands as you work to build strength and improve fitness. This class requires and initial consultation with one of our Women’s Health Physiotherapists if you’re new to our studio.
