Forge Online Pilates Classes

In light of recent government announcements, having to close all indoor social gatherings including Pilates Studios and Gyms, we will be converting all our Performance classes (Reformer and Weights Classes) to an Online Platform to enable you to work out with us from home commencing Monday 30th March. Our Reformer Pilates will be instructed by our wonderful instructors in a Mat Pilates based format where you can access and train with the instructor virtually. Alongside this our Weights Class Instructors will also be teaching these classes online however exercises will be modified so you can complete these from home.

Our idea is to allow you to book your class as you have been via our App and Mindbody, however Log in into our platform at home to join our Instructors. From here they will be able to teach live, instruct and help modify exercises as needed.

Forge Fit

Forge Fit is a high intensity strength training class that will quickly improve muscular strength and endurance. As each workout is unique, it keeps both your mind and body on their toes. We have purposely designed this class to give you a continuous challenge every time you tune in online, for maximum results.

HIIT

This high energy circuit is designed to get you heart rate up and keep it up, while you work through a series of body weight exercises designed by our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.

Mat Pilates Core Burner

Enjoy our fast paced Advanced Pilates workout run by our highly trained Pilates Instructors. We guarantee a core burn, while working safely and efficiently. Bring on the abs of steel!

Mat Pilates Foam Roller Workout

Enjoy our 45 minute Foam Roller Workout run by our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists. This class will not only work on strength but also muscle flexibilty, spine mobility and joint range of motion. You’ll need to have access to a foam roller for this online session. These are available to sale at Forge, ask our friendly reception team if you’d like to purchase one.

Mat Pilates Total Body

Full body mat pilates workout focusing on key Pilates principles. Exercises vary from beginner to advanced and modifications will be offered to you by our team of Clinicians.

Mums and Bubs

Our Mums and Bubs class is the perfect form of exercise to help your body recover after pregnancy and child birth.  Run by one of our Physiotherapists, you’re in incredibly safe hands to build strength and improve fitness, safely. Please note: this class requires and initial consultation with one of our physiotherapists if you’re new to our studio. Reformer on the Mat

If you love the Reformer, you will LOVE this Reformer on the Mat class where you can enjoy all your favourite Reformer exercises at home. Some classes may require the use of a theraband, however our clinicians will let you know in advance any equipment you may need.

Stretch and Trigger

Our Stretch and Trigger classes are designed by our Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists and help address muscle and joint stiffness, flexibility and range of motion. Equipment is not necessary however equipment may be used such as the Foam Rollers and Spiky balls. If you would like to purchase any, please get in touch with our team here at Forge.
