A Challenge unlike any other, designed by Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists integrating traditional pilates, clinical pilates and strength & training for one complete body transformation!

With our tailored programs focused toward your goals, and our classes led by highly trained clinicians and instructors, we will work with you to help you achieve your goals.

Below is a taste of what our 6 Week Challenge includes:

Highly Qualified Team

Pre & Post Assessment:

To set the benchmarks for your 6 Week Challenge, our highly trained Exercise Physiologists  and Physiotherapists will complete your pre-challenge assessment. This will allow us to work with you on your specific needs and goals for the challenge.

At the end of the 6 weeks, you will complete the same assessment as an opportunity to measure how you have progressed during the challenge.

If you are suffering from pain or injury, this is the time to report any concerns so that we can set goals and guide you into the right classes for you.


Highly Experienced Team:

All of our classes including our reformer classes, strength and conditioning classes, studio pilates classes, and HIIT classes, are run by our highly qualified team of clinicians and instructors. Their specialist knowledge will assist you and help you achieve your fitness goals.


Unlimited Classes:

The Forge 6 Week Challenge will include unlimited pilates and weights classes. We do this to ensure that you have every opportunity to train so you can forge your best self. With over 50 classes a week with classes starting at 6am and ending at 8pm, we are sure you will find a time that suits your schedule.


Weekly Challenges:

Each week, we will set a mini-challenge to test your strength, flexibility and overall athletic performance. The winner of the weekly challenge will receive a prize to keep you motivated and focused.



Our 60 min masterclasses are designed to help our challengers take their exercise knowledge and education to the next level. This challenge Forge will be hosting 3 Masterclasses delivered by our team of Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists:

  • Stretch and Trigger Workshop using a variety of different equipment such as the spikey ball, foam rollers and arc barrels focusing on teaching you key stretching and joint mobility concepts to help assist your recovery during the challenge.
  • Reformer Pilates Masterclass we select traditional Pilates movements on the reformer and guide you through the correct technique.
  • Mastering the Squat and Deadlift Workshops where we break down these moves into more simple steps, individualise the movement for your body type and help you achieve the most out of your compound lifts.


Constant Support:

During the Forge 6 Week Challenge, you will receive constant support from our Forge team and fellow challengers.

Our team is committed to helping you reach your goals, so we want to make sure you have every opportunity to ask questions around your training.
